If you're looking to take your water sports skills to the next level, we have just the thing for you - our Wing-SUP and Wing-Foil lessons on Pagham Beach and in the stunning Chichester Harbour.
Our Wing-SUP and Wing-Foil lessons are designed for flyers of all levels, and we offer three levels of instruction to help you build your skills and confidence. We start by teaching you how to handle the wing on land before taking new your skills to the water on a SUP board. Once you've mastered the basics, we'll move on to the foil board, where you'll learn how to taxi, take your first flights, and finally achieve sustained flights above the water.
At Cave Active Adventures, we use two-way radio headsets to ensure that you receive the right tips and guidance at the right time. Our expert instructors will guide you through every step of your adventure, ensuring that you have the skills and confidence you need to take on the water.
For your safety, we operate from a RIB, which allows us to closely monitor your progress and provide any assistance you might need. With our experienced team and top-of-the-line equipment, you can be sure that you're in safe hands.
Pagham Beach is great for taking your first steps with the wing, loads of space on the beach for learning to handle the wing and shallow water for learning to Wing-SUP. Chichester Harbour is the perfect location for foiling, with its calm and sheltered waters providing the ideal environment for learning and practising. You'll take in the stunning scenery and experience the beauty of the great outdoors in a whole new way.

How it Works
We have tried, but have found it totally impossible to predict the wind. With this in mind we have decided to move away from a traditional booking system. One where you choose a date several weeks ahead and arrive with the perfect conditions for your lesson just doesn’t work. We want everyone to leave us happy, knowing that they’ve had the best conditions to suit their level.
You now buy a gift voucher rather than booking a date in adavance and are automatically added to our mailing list. Every Thursday and Sunday evening we will send out a mailshot outlining the upcoming conditions and activity it will be suitable for. If you are available and have the corresponding voucher, just follow the instructions on the voucher and book your slot.
Our new system is really simple and should ensure you have the best conditions for your learning. This is how it will work.

You will receive your voucher in a separate e-mail.
When you receive the e-mail updates and are available for a session, follow the instructions on your voucher to book.
